Policies

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan (as opposed to paying in full) September and June tuition (this includes private lesson / additional class tuition) will be charged on August 23, 2018 to ensure that ALL tuition balances will be paid before the In Studio / Pure Form performances. (Oct - May payments will be charged on the 1st of every month)
  • Ballet Forté is a full year program which requires a full year commitment. Tuition quoted is for a full year attendance, this includes private lessons. If your child decided to leave the program  before June, you are liable for the full year tuition.
  • If your child misses a private lesson, it is your responsibility to contact Ballet Forté to reschedule and if you need to cancel, you need to give Ballet Forté at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for the private and no make-up lesson will occur.
  • If your child is injured, they are required to come watch class and take notes and you are still responsible for their full tuition.
  • No dancer will receive their In Studio/Pure Form costumes until their tuition is paid in full and if you have a tuition balance as of 6/1/19 your child will not be permitted to participate in the In Studio performance or the Pure Form performance.
  • In order to be eligible to remain in the conservatory program, ALL Division I and II and III dancers (this includes App II & III dancers moving up to Div I) are required to train a minimum of 3 weeks at Ballet Forté's summer program unless they are attending an approved outside program.
  • If your dancer is not able to meet theses summer requirements because of scheduling conflicts, then you are required to set up a private lesson schedule in lieu of the summer intensives.
