Ballet Forte students have been accepted into summer programs such as San Francisco Ballet, National Ballet of Canada, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alonzo King's LINES Ballet, ABT New York, Alvin Ailey, and college programs including Juilliard, Boston Conservatory, NYU, NYU-SUNY Purchase, Ailey/Fordham,Kaatsbaan "EXTREME BALLET", and Marymount Manhattan.

For over 7 years in a row, Ballet Forte students have been chosen to play Clara in New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble's production of The Nutcracker.


Allison Ammermuller is a 2010 Ballet Forte graduate.  This year, she is entering her sophomore year at Butler University where she studies Journalism and French, and continues to take regular dance classes.  This year she will also join the Butler dance team.

Steffi Cheong from Murray Hill, NJ, began training at the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble at age 10 under the artistic direction and mentorship of Nancy Turano. She has had the opportunity to perform works by Robert Battle, Jean Emile, Fabrice Lamego, David Parsons, Bradley Shelver, and Kate Skarpetowska. She has also been a student of Andrea Kramer and Alexandra Wells.

Steffi received her B.F.A. from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase in May 2011, where she has had the opportunity to learn and perform works by Bella Lewitzky, Belinda McGuire, and Paul Taylor. She has had the privilege to study in Spain, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.

During her graduating year, Steffi became a member of DanceWorks Chicago under the direction of Julie Nakagawa. Steffi is currently a member of the ODC Dance Company in San Francisco. She feels so blessed to have had the opportunity to tour nationally and internationally!

Caroline Dietz is from Chester, New Jersey. She trained at Ballet Forte and New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble from 2003 until graduating high school in 2009.

She then went on to graduate from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU with a BFA in dance in 2012. There she performed works by choreographers Kate Weare and Aszure Barton.

Post-graduation, she joined Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company in September 2012 and is currently in her fourth season with the company.





Olivia Frasco is a 2011 Ballet Forte graduate and has trained with Andrea Kramer since the beginnings of Ballet Forte when she was ten years old. She also trained at New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble.

Olivia graduated from The Juilliard School in 2015 has had the pleasure of dancing across the United States, Canada and Europe. Most notably, Olivia has performed works by William Forsythe, Twyla Tharp and Elliot Feld as well as Andrea Miller, Sidra Bell and Cherice Barton. She is continuously inspired by GLUCK Community Service Fellow, where she performs throughout New York City's hospitals, nursing homes and homeless shelters.

Olivia thanks her family and friends for their continuous support and motivation along her journey. She plans to continue on her path of expression through the power of dance.

Darcy Guariglia is a 2012 Ballet Forte graduate. Darcy's dance career started while watching recital videos at the age of two and following the dancers' steps. Combo classes came next at 2 1/2, and Darcy went on to compete at a local studio for 3 years in tap and jazz.

Wanting to pursue ballet further, she began attending NJ Dance Theater Ensemble at 9 years old, where she performed in five consecutive Nutcrackers. At the age of 10, Darcy began dancing at Ballet Forte with Andrea Kramer and continued there until she decided to cheer in high school. Prior to starting her senior year of HS, she realized how much she missed dancing, and with Miss Andrea's guidance, spent her last year preparing for college auditions. Darcy is extremely thankful for Andrea believing in her abilities and providing such amazing dance instruction!

Darcy received her BFA in Dance from The Boston Conservatory in May 2016. While in college, she had the pleasure of perforning works by Tommy Neblett, Doug Elkins, Uri Sands, Adam Hougland, with featured parts in Robert Battle's "Battlefield" and Andrea Miller's "A Little Love." Darcy participated in a semester internship at the Eliot K-8 Innovation School in Boston teaching creative movement to students with special needs, and was part of the Cunningham Project's "Leap Before You Look" exhibit at The Institute of Contemporary Art.

Nikki Horwitz is a 2012 Ballet Forte graduate and is from Randolph, New Jersey. She began training at Ballet Forte in 2007 until graduating high school in 2012. In addition to all the Spring Ballet Forte performances, Nikkii has performed the following as part of a member of Ballet Forte: "Auld Lang Syne" choreographed by Andrea with Ballet Forte dancers at the Crossroads Theater, New Brunswick, NJ and Hatch Presenting Series, NYC and "Hidden Inside of Me" choreographed by Erin Pride at "Show Up and Dance" in 2011 and the "Butterfly Project" in 2009. In 2012 she performed "Vortex," choreographed by Adam Barruch at "Show Up and Dance." Nikki was also fortunate enough to receive the Grace Award from Ballet Forte in 2011, and the Most Improved Award in 2009.

Nikki studied with Nancy Turano at the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble from 2007-2011 where she trained in ballet and modern as well.

Nikki graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2016 with a BA in dance and major in physical therapy.

Sam Kunzman came to Ballet Forté at 17 without prior dance training and with plenty of encouragement from Andrea Kramer, fell in love with dance and decided to pursue it seriously. Andrea helped Sam develop technique and artistry, as well as instilled passion and drive in him.

Sam additionally studied with Nancy Turano at the New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble where he trained in ballet and modern and performed works by Cherice Barton, Sidra Bell, and Nancy Turano.

Samuel is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA program, in which he performed works by William Forsythe, Robyn Mineko Williams, Jessica Lang, and Nicholas Villenueve, as well as danced alongside Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in Alvin Ailey's "Memoria" and "Revelations - Cast of 50." He has also performed as a guest artist with Armitage Gone! Dance and Eryc Taylor Dance. He has spent summers at Jacob's Pillow Contemporary Program and in LAUNCH: 9 with the Northwest Dance Project. Samuel is also an assistant to Milton Myers.

As a choreographer, Samuel has created for NJDTE, the Peridance Youth Ensemble, and the Ailey/Fordham Senior Repertory Group (AFSD), as well as presented work at the 2014 Young Choreographer's Festival, the 14th annual DUMBO Dance Festival, the Steps Performance Lab (2015) and the 2015 American Dance Guild Festival. In August 2014, Samuel produced and choreographed an evening of his own work entitled "4 Stories." Samuel is thrilled to be returning for his second season with PCDC.

Laura McNeill is a 2008 Ballet Forte graduate and received a BFA in Dance from The Boston Conservatory in 2012. Laura was selected for Studio 206's Physical Theatre Intensive in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she studied under Bob Rosen, Barbra Berlovitz and Shawn McConneloug. Laura also served as Dance Rep. in Student Government and performed in Ohad Naharin's Three (excerpts).

Other repertory Laura has performed at Boston Conservatory includes: David Lichine's Graduation Ball, Anna Sokolow's The Diaries of Franz Kafka, Alwin Nikolais' Pond, Jose Limon's The Winged and a soloist role in Martha Graham's Lamentations, set by Yuriko Kikuchi.

Laura also danced with Ate9 dANCEcOMPANY in Seattle and is currently a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist.

Sabrina Olivieri is a 2016 graduate of both Ballet Forte and Somerset County Vo-Tech, where she was inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance. She has been involved in numerous Dance New Jersey events performing her own choreography, as well as setting her work on fellow classmates at SCVT in 2015 and 2016.

Ms. Olivieri had her New York City choreographic premiere at Jennifer Muller's "Hatch" presenting series last spring as well as "Bailar al Sol" Dance Festival in Asbury Park, NJ.

Sabrina has had the opportunity to work with artists such as Randy James, Doug Elkins, Maureen Glennon, Andrea Kramer, Tony Morales, Darwin Black, Joe Montelone, and Nuria Serra Torrent.

She is also a winner of the Governor's Award in Dance Arts and a scholarship recipient for Carolyn Dorfman Dance.

Jaclyn Priore a former student at Ballet Forte, graduated with a BFA in dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers.

Jaclyn had the opportunity to study abroad at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance during her third year, where she was able to study with Neta Pulvermacher, Dana Ruttenberg, Yossi Berg and Oded Graf, Elad Schechter from C.A.T.A.M.O.N dance group, Aya Israeli from Batsheva Dance Company, and Alon Karniel from Vertigo Dance Company.

She has performed with the Movement Playground and has shown her own choreography at "Bailar al Sol" Dance Festival in Asbury Park, NJ in August 2017.

Magdalyn Segale is a 2010 Ballet Forte graduate and was one of only 24 dancers accepted into Juilliard (out of more than 500 who applied) in fall 2010.

She has had the opportunity to perform the works of Jose Limon and Merce Cunningham, in addition to many new works by contemporary choreographers. Maggie is very active in multi-media choreography and has recently been working with film. In addition, she participates in arts outreach fellowships around New York City and in Antigua, Guatemala. She studied at Ballet Forte and also the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble.

Maggie graduated from Juilliard in May 2014 and is a Juilliard Arts Enrichment fellow, teaching dance at Democracy Prep Charter School in Harlem.

Haylee Zubrycki has been dancing since the age of three. She has a diverse dance background, ranging from hip-hop and belly dancing to ballet, modern, and tap. She came to Ballet Forte at Wings Conservatory in 2007 and continued there until 2010.

Haylee graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University, in Rhode Island, with a Bachelors of Arts in Dance and Performing Arts and a Minor in Biology. There, Haylee received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Dance and Performing Arts, the Thomas J. Paolina Scholarship, and the Idalia Whitcomb Scholarship. While attending Roger Williams University Haylee was honored to perform works by Sean Curran, Jenny Rocha, Christina Robson, Simon Thomas-Train, Jason Ayreh, Angie Conte, France Hunter, Gary Shore, Melody Ruffin Ward, and Cathy Nicole and work with choreographers such as Chris Louis Smith, Sidney Skybetter, Takehiro Ueyama, Jean Abrehu, Josh Hilberman, Lida Winfield, Theresa Scoggins, Elizabeth Coker Giron, Hilary Easton, Kelly Donovan, Heidi Latsky, Jeffery Freeze, Tiffany Mills, and Barbara Gee.

Haylee studied dance in London England for a Semester and worked with choreographers such as Jorge Cress and Stephan Pelton. She also had the opportunity to choreograph a handful of original works one of which, Scar Tissue an ensemble piece, was chosen to be shown at ACDFA New England informally. Haylee teaches modern and contemporary dance at AP Motion in Flemington, NJ and substitute teaches various styles of dance at Ballet Forte at Wings Conservatory in Chester, NJ and Broadway Bound Dance Center in Lebanon, NJ. Haylee is choreographing Imacculata's High School Musical, in Somerville NJ, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat which showed in March 2015.

Haylee is currently working with Freespace Dance which is based out of Montclair, NJ. Haylee is delighted and excited to start dancing with Nikki Manx Dance Project. She also wants to thank her support team who have believed in her through this wonderful continuous journey.
